Meet our Lions Hero
Lion Harvey Allen is a member of the Lions Club of the Entrance in NSW.
Lion Harvey has been a member of Lions since 1987 and has contributed as President many times.
When the Club members think of Harvey, two projects stand out.
Lion Harvey was pivotal to the development of the Lions Sensory Gardens in the Entrance, honouring Lions commitment to those that are blind and vision-impaired. Harvey also has been focussed , as ‘scholarships chairperson’ on initiating academic and sporting scholarships in the local schools, as well as tertiary scholarships as an incentive for young people to achieve their career goals. Who knows how many young people in the Centre Coast can thank The Entrance Lions for a start to their education.
